This quick and healthy Air Fryer Crispy Broccoli features lightly charred edges, a tender center, and bold seasonings. It’s an easy, nutritious side dish that pairs perfectly with any meal!
4cupsfresh broccoli florets(about 1 large head of broccoli)
2tablespoonsolive oil or avocado oil(for high-heat cooking)
1/2teaspoongarlic powder
1/4teaspoonpaprika(optional, for smoky flavor)

2tablespoonsgrated Parmesan cheese(optional, for topping)

Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, toss the broccoli florets with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
Place the seasoned broccoli in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding to ensure crispiness.
Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the broccoli is crispy and slightly charred.
Remove the broccoli from the air fryer and transfer it to a serving dish. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, if desired.
