  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder or cayenne pepper (optional for spice)

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper, and chili powder (if using).
  • Rub the marinade evenly over the chicken breasts, ensuring both sides are well-coated. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes, or refrigerate for up to 4 hours for more flavor.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 2-3 minutes.
  • Place the chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
  • Air fry for 8 minutes, then flip the chicken and cook for an additional 6-8 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  • Remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  • Serve with your favorite sides like roasted vegetables, rice, or in wraps and salads!
