Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb radishes, trimmed and halved or quartered
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp kosher salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • 1 tsp chopped fresh parsley or dried herbs (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, toss radishes with olive oil, garlic powder, kosher salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  • Arrange radishes in a single layer in the air fryer basket, avoiding overcrowding.
  • Air fry for 8 minutes, then shake basket and cook for another 5–7 minutes until crisp and tender.
  • Optional: toss radishes with Parmesan cheese and return to air fryer for 2–3 minutes.
  • Remove and garnish with chopped parsley or herbs. Serve warm.
