Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add the ground beef, breaking it apart with a spoon as it cooks until fully browned.
Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, hoisin sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, ground ginger, and red pepper flakes (if using).
Pour the sauce mixture into the skillet with the beef, stirring well to combine.
Simmer the sauce and beef mixture for 2–3 minutes to allow it to thicken slightly.
Add the cooked noodles to the skillet, tossing to coat them evenly with the sauce.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
