Ingredients
  

  • 12 mini bagels (plain, sesame, or everything)
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 12 slices cheddar or American cheese
  • 6 pieces sausage patties
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • optional cream cheese, avocado, or hot sauce for toppings

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Slice mini bagels in half and place the bottoms on the prepared baking sheet.
  • In a skillet, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until just set.
  • Assemble the sliders by placing scrambled eggs on the bagel bottoms, then top with a slice of cheese and a cooked sausage patty. Add optional toppings like avocado or cream cheese if desired.
  • Place the bagel tops on the sliders and brush with melted butter. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the bagels are lightly toasted.
  • Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve warm.
