Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz Baileys Irish Cream
  • 1 oz vodka
  • 1 oz freshly brewed espresso (or strong coffee), cooled
  • 1/2 oz coffee liqueur (optional, like Kahlúa)
  • ice cubes
  • 2-3 coffee beans (for garnish, optional)

Instructions
 

  • Brew your espresso using an espresso machine or coffee maker. Let it cool slightly.
  • Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice cubes.
  • Add Baileys Irish Cream, vodka, cooled espresso, and coffee liqueur (if using) to the shaker.
  • Shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds until the mixture is well chilled and frothy.
  • Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass.
  • Garnish with 2–3 coffee beans on top for a classic finish (optional).
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
