2cupscooked, shredded chickenRotisserie chicken works great
8ozcream cheeseSoftened
½cupbuffalo sauceSuch as Frank’s RedHot
½cupranch dressingOr blue cheese dressing if preferred
1cupshredded cheddar cheese
½cupshredded mozzarella cheese
¼cupblue cheese crumblesOptional, for topping
2tablespoonsgreen onionsChopped, for garnish
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x9-inch baking dish or a shallow oven-safe skillet.
In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well-combined.
Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly around the edges. If desired, broil for 2-3 minutes to brown the top slightly.
