Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken Rotisserie chicken works great
  • 8 oz cream cheese Softened
  • ½ cup buffalo sauce Such as Frank’s RedHot
  • ½ cup ranch dressing Or blue cheese dressing if preferred
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup blue cheese crumbles Optional, for topping
  • 2 tablespoons green onions Chopped, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x9-inch baking dish or a shallow oven-safe skillet.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well-combined.
  • Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly around the edges. If desired, broil for 2-3 minutes to brown the top slightly.
  • Remove the dip from the oven and sprinkle with blue cheese crumbles and chopped green onions.
  • Serve hot with tortilla chips, crackers, or veggies for dipping.
