A rich, creamy, and flavorful baked chicken dish featuring tender chicken breasts topped with a seasoned cream cheese mixture and a crunchy parmesan-panko crust. Easy to prepare, low-carb, and family-friendly.
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Pat chicken breasts dry and season both sides with salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
Place the chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish.
In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, mayonnaise or sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, parmesan cheese, and mozzarella cheese until smooth.
Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over each chicken breast.
In a small bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs, grated parmesan cheese, and melted butter.
Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the cream cheese topping.
Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F (75°C).
If the topping isn’t golden brown, broil for 2-3 minutes at the end.
Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes.
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve warm.
