Ingredients

  • 4 pieces lobster tails (5–6 oz each)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Using kitchen shears, cut the top shell of each lobster tail down the center, then gently pull the meat upward, resting it on top of the shell.
  • In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1–2 minutes, until fragrant.
  • Stir in lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper into the garlic butter mixture.
  • Place prepared lobster tails in a baking dish and brush generously with the garlic butter mixture.
  • Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and firm to the touch.
  • For a golden top, broil the lobster tails for an additional 1-2 minutes, if desired.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice before serving.
