Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
Using kitchen shears, cut the top shell of each lobster tail down the center, then gently pull the meat upward, resting it on top of the shell.
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1–2 minutes, until fragrant.
Stir in lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper into the garlic butter mixture.
Place prepared lobster tails in a baking dish and brush generously with the garlic butter mixture.
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and firm to the touch.
For a golden top, broil the lobster tails for an additional 1-2 minutes, if desired.
Garnish with chopped parsley and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice before serving.
