These Baked Reuben Sliders are a delicious twist on the classic Reuben sandwich, featuring layers of Swiss cheese, savory corned beef, tangy sauerkraut, and Thousand Island dressing on soft Hawaiian rolls. Perfect for parties, game days, or a quick and easy dinner!
3/4cupsauerkraut, drainedPat dry with paper towels
1/2cupThousand Island dressing
1/4cupunsalted butter, melted
1teaspoonDijon mustard
1teaspoonWorcestershire sauce
1/2teaspoongarlic powder
1/2teaspooncaraway seeds (optional)For an authentic rye bread flavor
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Slice the slider rolls in half horizontally, keeping them connected as a sheet. Place the bottom halves in the prepared baking dish.
Spread Thousand Island dressing evenly over the bottom rolls. Then, layer the corned beef, sauerkraut, and Swiss cheese over the dressing.
Place the top half of the rolls over the layered ingredients.
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and caraway seeds (if using). Brush the mixture generously over the top of the sliders.
Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and continue baking for 5-10 minutes until the sliders are golden brown and crispy on top.
Let the sliders cool for 5 minutes, then slice and serve while warm.
