Ingredients
  

  • 12 pieces Hawaiian sweet rolls or slider buns
  • 1/2 pound sliced corned beef
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese
  • 3/4 cup sauerkraut, drained Pat dry with paper towels
  • 1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon caraway seeds (optional) For an authentic rye bread flavor

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Slice the slider rolls in half horizontally, keeping them connected as a sheet. Place the bottom halves in the prepared baking dish.
  • Spread Thousand Island dressing evenly over the bottom rolls. Then, layer the corned beef, sauerkraut, and Swiss cheese over the dressing.
  • Place the top half of the rolls over the layered ingredients.
  • In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and caraway seeds (if using). Brush the mixture generously over the top of the sliders.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and continue baking for 5-10 minutes until the sliders are golden brown and crispy on top.
  • Let the sliders cool for 5 minutes, then slice and serve while warm.
