Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 pre-made pie crust (9-inch)
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté onions until translucent.
  • Add ground beef, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and oregano. Cook until beef is browned and fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  • Stir in pizza sauce and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  • Place the pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish. Spoon the beef mixture into the crust and spread evenly.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  • Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
