Ingredients
  

  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 slices bacon or sausage patties
  • 4 slices cheddar or American cheese
  • 4 each English muffins, bagels, or sandwich buns
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper
  • optional avocado slices
  • optional tomato slices
  • optional hot sauce

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium heat and lightly oil the surface with butter or oil.
  • Cook the bacon or sausage patties on the griddle until they are golden brown and crispy. Move them to a warm section of the griddle.
  • Crack eggs onto the griddle, season with salt and black pepper, and cook to your preference—either sunny-side up or flip them for over-easy eggs.
  • While the eggs are cooking, butter and toast the English muffins, bagels, or sandwich rolls on the griddle until they are golden brown and crispy.
  • In the final minute of cooking, place a slice of cheese on top of each egg or meat to melt the cheese.
  • Assemble the sandwiches by placing the bottom bun, followed by the cooked meat, egg with melted cheese, and any additional toppings. Top with the other half of the bread.
  • Serve the sandwiches immediately while hot and enjoy!
