Ingredients
  

  • 1 whole pineapple, peeled, cored, and cut into spears
  • ½ cup light brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Lightly spray the grill with vegetable oil to prevent the pineapple from sticking.
  • In a small bowl, combine light brown sugar, cayenne pepper, vanilla extract, and kosher salt. Stir well until fully mixed.
  • Place the pineapple spears in a shallow dish or tray. Evenly sprinkle the seasoning mixture over the pineapple, ensuring all sides are coated.
  • Place the seasoned pineapple spears on the preheated grill. Grill each side for 2-3 minutes, until grill marks appear and the pineapple has caramelized.
