Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, softened cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, shredded cheddar, ranch dressing (or blue cheese dressing), and sliced green onions. Mix until well combined.
Place an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface, positioning it in a diamond shape. Add about 2-3 tablespoons of the chicken mixture in the center of the wrapper.
