Ingredients
  

  • 1 large head romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup croutons
  • 1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan (for dressing)
  • to taste salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, 1/4 cup grated Parmesan, olive oil, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.
  • Place chopped romaine lettuce in a large salad bowl.
  • Add croutons and drizzle with the dressing. Toss well to coat evenly.
  • Sprinkle with remaining freshly grated Parmesan before serving.
