Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground sausage, shredded cheddar cheese, and Cheddar Bay biscuit mix. Stir until evenly mixed.
Gradually add milk, 1 tablespoon at a time, until the mixture holds together but is not too wet.
Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 18-20 minutes or until the sausage balls are golden brown and cooked through.
Allow the sausage balls to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For a spicier kick, use hot sausage or add cayenne pepper or crushed red pepper flakes to the mix.
