Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced pickles
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon pickle juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Instructions
 

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  • Cook the beef, breaking it apart, until fully browned and cooked through, about 7-8 minutes.
  • Drain any excess fat from the skillet and set beef aside.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, pickle juice, and paprika to make the burger sauce.
  • Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave until soft and pliable.
  • To assemble each taco, place a scoop of cooked beef on a tortilla.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the hot beef to melt slightly.
  • Top with diced pickles, tomatoes, red onion, and shredded lettuce if desired.
  • Drizzle with the prepared burger sauce and serve immediately.
