Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked rice (white or brown)
  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken (rotisserie chicken works great)
  • 2 cups broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice, shredded chicken, broccoli, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, and 1 1/2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese. Mix well.
  • Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
  • Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let it cool slightly before serving. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley or green onions if desired.
