Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a small bowl, combine softened butter, minced garlic, dried parsley, and grated Parmesan cheese. Mix well.
Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly onto both halves of the bread and place them on a baking sheet.
In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, shredded mozzarella, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise (or ranch dressing), Italian seasoning, and black pepper.
Spread the chicken mixture evenly onto one half of the garlic bread.
Top with the other half of the bread and bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and slice the sandwich into portions. Optionally, top with fresh herbs or crispy bacon bits.
Notes
For an extra cheesy sandwich, add an additional layer of cheese before baking.
