Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Dijon or yellow mustard
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 medium tomato, diced
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella or a cheese blend
  • optional sliced pickles, jalapeños, avocado

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook for 3-4 minutes until softened.
  • Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
  • Stir in the ground beef, breaking it apart with a spoon. Cook until browned and fully cooked, about 7-8 minutes.
  • Season the beef with paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  • Turn off the heat, then stir in shredded cheddar cheese. Let it melt into the beef mixture.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, ketchup, mustard, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  • Warm the tortillas in a skillet or microwave until pliable.
  • Spread a spoonful of creamy sauce on each tortilla. Add a layer of shredded lettuce and diced tomato.
  • Top with the cheesy ground beef mixture, followed by mozzarella cheese and any optional toppings.
  • Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it tightly to form a secure wrap.
  • For an extra crispy finish, toast the wraps in the skillet for 1-2 minutes on each side.
  • Slice each wrap in half, serve immediately, and enjoy!
