Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen cherries, pitted
  • 0.5 cup fresh lime juice (about 4 limes)
  • 0.33 cup granulated sugar, adjust to taste
  • 2 cups cold lemon-lime soda or club soda
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • for garnish lime slices and extra cherries

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, combine cherries, lime juice, and sugar. Blend until smooth.
  • Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove solids if desired.
  • Fill a pitcher or glasses with ice cubes.
  • Pour the cherry-lime mixture over the ice, then top with cold lemon-lime soda or club soda.
  • Stir gently to combine, garnish with lime slices and extra cherries, and serve immediately.
