Ingredients

  • 2 cans refrigerated biscuit dough (16.3 ounces each)
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a bundt pan or a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray or butter.
  • Cut each biscuit into quarters and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, Alfredo sauce, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese. Stir until everything is well combined.
  • In a small bowl, mix together melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Dip each biscuit piece into the garlic butter, then layer in the bundt pan, followed by a layer of the chicken Alfredo mixture. Continue layering until all ingredients are used.
  • Pour any remaining garlic butter over the top.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and cooked through. If the top is browning too quickly, cover loosely with foil for the last 10 minutes.
  • Let the bread cool for 5-10 minutes before inverting onto a serving platter. Garnish with fresh parsley.
  • Serve warm with extra Alfredo sauce for dipping if desired.
