Ingredients
  

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup croutons, crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Brush the chicken breasts with olive oil and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Grill the chicken over medium heat for 5-6 minutes per side, or until fully cooked (internal temp 165°F / 75°C).
  • Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing it into thin strips.
  • In a large bowl, combine chopped romaine lettuce, grated Parmesan cheese, and croutons.
  • Add Caesar dressing to the lettuce mixture and toss until everything is evenly coated.
  • Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface and spoon the chicken Caesar mixture into the center of each tortilla.
  • Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it tightly from the bottom to the top to form the wrap.
  • Slice the wrap in half and serve immediately, or wrap in foil for later.
