Ingredients
  

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 8 ounces egg noodles
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper
  • as desired fresh parsley, chopped
  • as desired grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper.
  • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and let rest.
  • In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the egg noodles and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and return to the pot.
  • Add the butter to the warm noodles and stir until melted. Season with salt to taste.
  • Slice the rested chicken breasts and serve over the buttered noodles.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and a sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese. Serve warm and enjoy!
