Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups apples, diced (red and green)
  • 1 cup red grapes, halved
  • 1/2 cup celery, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, roughly chopped and toasted
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • to taste salt and black pepper
  • optional lettuce leaves for serving

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise or Greek yogurt, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to create the dressing.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine diced apples, halved grapes, sliced celery, and toasted walnuts.
  • Pour the dressing over the fruit and vegetable mixture and gently fold until everything is evenly coated.
  • Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  • Serve the salad on a bed of lettuce leaves if desired for a fresh presentation.
