1cupshredded Monterey Jack cheese

1tbsptaco seasoning or chili powder

Instructions
In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess fat.
Add the diced onion, bell pepper, and garlic to the pan. Sauté for 5 minutes until softened and fragrant.
