Ingredients
  

  • 1 package frozen hash browns (shredded or diced)
  • 1 cup cooked meat (crumbled)
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons green onions (chopped, optional, for garnish)
  • 2 tablespoons butter or cooking spray (for greasing the dish)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
  • Evenly spread the frozen hash browns in the prepared dish.
  • Sprinkle crumbled meat and half of the shredded cheese on top of the hash browns.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour the egg mixture evenly over the hash browns, meat, and cheese, then top with the remaining cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden and bubbly.
  • Allow the casserole to cool slightly before garnishing with green onions. Slice and serve warm.
