Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and well combined.
Transfer the cheese mixture onto a sheet of plastic wrap. Shape the cheese into a log or oval, using the plastic wrap to help mold it evenly. Wrap it tightly and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
In a shallow dish, combine the chopped dried cranberries, pecans, and parsley (if using). Mix well.
