Creamy Cajun Chicken Pasta is a spicy, flavorful, and comforting dish made with Cajun-seasoned chicken, bell peppers, pasta, and a rich creamy sauce. Perfect for an easy and satisfying dinner.
Season the chicken strips with 1 tablespoon of Cajun seasoning.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 5–7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the bell peppers and garlic. Cook for 2–3 minutes until the peppers are slightly softened.
Reduce the heat to medium. Add the heavy cream, chicken broth, and remaining Cajun seasoning. Stir until well combined and bring to a simmer.
Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Add the cooked chicken, pasta, and Parmesan cheese to the skillet. Toss everything together, ensuring the pasta and chicken are coated in the creamy sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Garnish with fresh parsley and additional Parmesan, if desired. Serve warm.
