This Creamy Cajun Chicken Pasta combines spicy Cajun-seasoned chicken with sautéed bell peppers and garlic in a rich and creamy Parmesan sauce, all tossed with tender pasta for a bold and comforting dinner.
Season the chicken strips with 1 tablespoon of Cajun seasoning.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 5–7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the sliced bell peppers and minced garlic. Cook for 2–3 minutes until slightly softened.
Reduce heat to medium. Add the heavy cream, chicken broth, and remaining Cajun seasoning. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer.
While the sauce simmers, cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Add the cooked chicken, pasta, and Parmesan cheese to the skillet with the sauce. Toss to combine and heat through. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Garnish with fresh parsley and additional Parmesan cheese if desired. Serve warm.
