Juicy chicken breasts simmered in a rich, creamy garlic sauce with Parmesan cheese. A quick and indulgent dinner option that pairs beautifully with pasta, mashed potatoes, or crusty bread.
Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning on both sides.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and sear for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
Pour in the chicken broth and scrape up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan. Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, mixing until smooth.
Return the chicken breasts to the skillet, spooning the sauce over the top. Simmer for 5-7 minutes until the chicken is cooked through, with an internal temperature of 165°F.
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately with your favorite sides.
