Ingredients
  

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning on both sides.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and sear for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Pour in the chicken broth and scrape up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan. Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, mixing until smooth.
  • Return the chicken breasts to the skillet, spooning the sauce over the top. Simmer for 5-7 minutes until the chicken is cooked through, with an internal temperature of 165°F.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately with your favorite sides.
