Lightly grease the slow cooker with nonstick spray.
Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the crock pot. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and thyme.
Spread green beans evenly over the chicken.
In a bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and chicken broth. Pour mixture over the green beans and chicken.
Sprinkle the stuffing mix evenly over the top. Scatter butter pieces over the stuffing.
Cover and cook on low for 6 to 7 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours until chicken reaches 165°F (75°C) and is tender.
