Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium cucumbers, chopped (peeled or unpeeled)
  • 4 cups cold water, divided
  • 1/2 cup sweetener (sugar, honey, or agave syrup)
  • juice of 2 limes (or 1 whole peeled lime)
  • optional fresh mint or basil leaves
  • optional grated ginger or lemongrass

Instructions
 

  • Add chopped cucumbers, lime juice, sweetener, and half the cold water to the blender.
  • Add optional fresh herbs or spices if using.
  • Blend until smooth and vibrant.
  • Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher, pressing gently to extract all juice.
  • Stir in the remaining cold water to reach desired dilution.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness or lime as needed.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes before serving.
  • Serve over ice with cucumber or lime slices for garnish.
