These S’mores Bites are a delicious, bite-sized version of the classic campfire treat! Made with a buttery graham cracker crust, gooey melted chocolate, and toasted marshmallows, these mini treats are perfect for parties, BBQs, or anytime you’re craving s’mores without the fire.
12-15milk or semi-sweet chocolate squares (or chocolate chips)
12-15mini marshmallows (or halved large marshmallows)

optionalNutella or peanut butter
optionalcrushed pretzels or graham crackers
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a mini muffin tin or line it with cupcake liners for easy removal.
In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Stir until the mixture resembles wet sand.
Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the graham cracker mixture into each cup of the muffin tin. Press down firmly with your fingers or the back of a spoon to form an even crust.
Bake the crusts for 5 minutes, or until lightly golden. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
Place a chocolate square (or a few chocolate chips) onto each baked crust. If adding Nutella or peanut butter, spread a thin layer on the crust before adding the chocolate.
Top each chocolate piece with a mini marshmallow (or half of a large marshmallow).
Return the muffin tin to the oven for 3-4 minutes, or until the marshmallows are soft and slightly puffed.
Optional: For extra golden marshmallows, broil for 30 seconds to 1 minute, watching closely to avoid burning. Alternatively, use a kitchen torch to toast the marshmallows.
Let the S’mores Bites cool in the tin for 5-10 minutes before gently removing them with a butter knife.
Optional: Drizzle with caramel, melted chocolate, or sprinkle crushed pretzels or graham crackers on top for added flavor and texture.
