Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Place baguette slices on a baking sheet and lightly brush both sides with olive oil.
Toast the crostini in the oven for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crisp. Set aside to cool.
In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
Fold in shredded cheddar cheese and most of the chopped bacon, reserving some bacon for garnish.
Gently fold in the diced cherry tomatoes and shredded lettuce, reserving some for topping.
Spread the dip into a serving dish. Top with the reserved bacon, tomatoes, and lettuce for a colorful finish.
