Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cooked bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, diced (seeds removed)
  • 1/2 cup shredded romaine or iceberg lettuce
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 1 baguette sliced into 1/2-inch rounds for crostini
  • to brush olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Place baguette slices on a baking sheet and lightly brush both sides with olive oil.
  • Toast the crostini in the oven for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crisp. Set aside to cool.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
  • Fold in shredded cheddar cheese and most of the chopped bacon, reserving some bacon for garnish.
  • Gently fold in the diced cherry tomatoes and shredded lettuce, reserving some for topping.
  • Spread the dip into a serving dish. Top with the reserved bacon, tomatoes, and lettuce for a colorful finish.
  • Chill the dip in the refrigerator for 30 minutes if time allows. Serve chilled or at room temperature with crostini.
