Ingredients
  

  • 20 pieces wonton wrappers
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup fresh or thawed blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • to taste cooking spray or melted butter for brushing
  • optional powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  • Gently fold in the blueberries and fresh lemon juice, mixing carefully to avoid breaking the berries.
  • Lay a wonton wrapper flat on a clean surface. Place about 1 teaspoon of the cream cheese mixture in the center.
  • Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water using your finger. Fold the wrapper in half diagonally to form a triangle, pressing the edges firmly to seal.
  • Repeat the filling and folding process with the remaining wrappers and filling.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C). Lightly spray or brush the wontons with cooking spray or melted butter.
  • Place the wontons in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they don't overlap.
  • Air fry for 5-7 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wontons are golden brown and crispy.
  • Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly. Dust with powdered sugar if desired.
  • Serve warm, optionally with a side of blueberry jam thinned with a little water as a dipping sauce.
