Instructions
In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
Gently fold in the blueberries and fresh lemon juice, mixing carefully to avoid breaking the berries.
Lay a wonton wrapper flat on a clean surface. Place about 1 teaspoon of the cream cheese mixture in the center.
Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water using your finger. Fold the wrapper in half diagonally to form a triangle, pressing the edges firmly to seal.
Repeat the filling and folding process with the remaining wrappers and filling.
Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C). Lightly spray or brush the wontons with cooking spray or melted butter.
Place the wontons in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they don't overlap.
Air fry for 5-7 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wontons are golden brown and crispy.
Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly. Dust with powdered sugar if desired.
Serve warm, optionally with a side of blueberry jam thinned with a little water as a dipping sauce.
