  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or avocado oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 to 5 minutes.
  • In a mixing bowl, toss the chicken pieces with olive oil and all the seasonings until evenly coated.
  • Place the chicken pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook in batches if necessary to avoid overcrowding.

  • Check the internal temperature to ensure it reaches 165°F (74°C) and the chicken is cooked through.
