Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup dill pickles, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp pickle juice (optional)
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper
  • for garnish green onions or chives (optional)

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream (or Greek yogurt). Mix until smooth and creamy using a hand mixer or spoon.
  • Add the finely chopped dill pickles and pickle juice (if using). Stir to combine.
  • Mix in fresh dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to taste.
  • Stir everything together until well combined and creamy.
  • Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and garnish with chopped green onions or chives, if desired.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld. Serve cold with crackers, chips, pretzels, or fresh vegetable sticks.
