  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 jar (4 oz) diced pimentos, drained
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)

  • to taste black pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine the shredded sharp cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, and drained diced pimentos.
  • Add garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper if using, then stir until well combined and creamy.
  • Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste, mixing again to incorporate.
