Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup chopped black olives
  • 4 oz diced green chilies, drained
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 5 large flour tortillas (8-inch size)

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  • Add shredded cheddar cheese, chopped green onions, black olives (if using), diced green chilies, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the cream cheese mixture. Stir until all ingredients are well incorporated.
  • Lay a flour tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread about ⅓ to ½ cup of the filling evenly over the entire surface of the tortilla.
  • Starting at one edge, roll the tortilla tightly into a log shape, pressing gently to keep it firm.
  • Wrap the rolled tortilla tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the filling to set.
  • Remove from the refrigerator, unwrap, and slice into ½-inch thick pinwheels using a sharp knife.
  • Arrange the tortilla rollups on a serving platter and serve chilled or at room temperature.
