Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In an oven-safe skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  • Add the steak bites to the skillet in a single layer. Season generously with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side or until desired doneness. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter if needed. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside with the steak.
  • Return the cooked steak bites and shrimp to the skillet. Drizzle any remaining garlic butter sauce over the top, ensuring everything is evenly coated.
  • Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 5-7 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
  • Remove from the oven and garnish with freshly chopped parsley. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

For best results, avoid overcrowding the skillet when cooking the steak and shrimp. This ensures proper searing and prevents steaming.
