Garlic Butter Steak Bites with Parmesan Cream Sauce

1poundsirloin steak or ribeye, cut into bite-sized cubes

1/2cupheavy cream
2clovesgarlic, minced
1/2cupParmesan cheese, grated

Instructions
Season the steak cubes with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak cubes in a single layer, searing them for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned. Remove the steak from the pan and set aside.
In the same skillet, melt 3 tablespoons of butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Return the steak bites to the skillet, tossing to coat them in the garlic butter.
In a separate saucepan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Pour in the heavy cream and stir. Add the grated Parmesan cheese and stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
Season the sauce with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, if using. Let the sauce simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
Plate the steak bites on a serving dish. Pour the Parmesan cream sauce over the steak or serve it on the side for dipping.
