Ingredients
  

  • 3 large potatoes
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon steak seasoning Such as Kinder’s Prime Steak Seasoning
  • to taste paprika

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cut them into small cubes. Toss them in a mixing bowl with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and dried parsley.
  • Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry for 20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking. Remove and set aside.
  • Cut the steak into bite-sized cubes and season with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and steak seasoning.
  • Place the seasoned steak bites in the air fryer basket and cook at 400°F for about 7 minutes, or until the desired doneness is achieved.
  • While the steak bites are cooking, melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir in the minced garlic and dried parsley, cooking for about 1-2 minutes to infuse the flavors.
  • Once the steak bites are done, drizzle the garlic butter mixture over them and toss to coat evenly.
  • Serve the steak bites over the crispy potatoes and garnish with additional parsley if desired.
