Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cut them into small cubes. Toss them in a mixing bowl with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and dried parsley.
Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry for 20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking. Remove and set aside.
Cut the steak into bite-sized cubes and season with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and steak seasoning.
Place the seasoned steak bites in the air fryer basket and cook at 400°F for about 7 minutes, or until the desired doneness is achieved.
While the steak bites are cooking, melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir in the minced garlic and dried parsley, cooking for about 1-2 minutes to infuse the flavors.
Once the steak bites are done, drizzle the garlic butter mixture over them and toss to coat evenly.
Serve the steak bites over the crispy potatoes and garnish with additional parsley if desired.
