This Garlic Parmesan Chicken features crispy, golden chicken breasts coated in a flavorful garlic Parmesan crust, topped with a rich garlic butter sauce. It’s the perfect dish for busy weeknights or a special occasion!
2tablespoonschopped parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
In a shallow dish, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
In a separate shallow dish, beat the eggs.
Dip each chicken breast into the egg, then coat it in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to ensure the crumbs stick well.
Place the coated chicken on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the coating is golden brown.
While the chicken is baking, melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes, or until fragrant.
Remove from heat and stir in the chopped parsley (if using). Set aside.
Once the chicken is done baking, drizzle the garlic butter sauce over the chicken breasts and garnish with extra Parmesan and parsley if desired.
