Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Prepare the cauliflower by cutting it into bite-sized florets and placing them in a large bowl.
Drizzle the cauliflower with olive oil and toss to coat. Add the minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and paprika (if using), and toss again to evenly distribute the spices.
Add the grated Parmesan cheese and toss to coat the cauliflower evenly with the cheese and spices.
