Ingredients
  

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional) Adds extra flavor and color
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice Freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped For garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Prepare the cauliflower by cutting it into bite-sized florets and placing them in a large bowl.
  • Drizzle the cauliflower with olive oil and toss to coat. Add the minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and paprika (if using), and toss again to evenly distribute the spices.
  • Add the grated Parmesan cheese and toss to coat the cauliflower evenly with the cheese and spices.
  • Spread the seasoned cauliflower florets in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Roast the cauliflower for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the florets are golden and crispy.
  • Once roasted, drizzle the cauliflower with freshly squeezed lemon juice and garnish with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan cheese.
  • Serve the Garlic-Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower warm as a side dish or snack.

Notes

For extra crispy cauliflower, broil for 2-3 minutes at the end of roasting.
