Preheat your grill or a large skillet over medium-high heat.
In a large bowl, gently mix the ground beef with Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Be careful not to overmix.
Divide the beef mixture into 8 equal portions and flatten each portion into thin patties.
Place about 1 tablespoon of crumbled Gorgonzola cheese in the center of 4 patties. Top each with another patty and press the edges to seal well.
Grill or cook the burgers for about 4–5 minutes per side, or until cooked to your desired doneness and the cheese is melted inside.
