Add chicken pieces, ensuring they are fully coated in the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes or up to 2 hours for best flavor.
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) or heat grill/skillet over medium-high heat.
For oven method, place chicken in a baking dish, pour marinade over, and bake for 20–25 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
