1/4tspred pepper flakes or cayenne (optional, for heat)
1tbspbreadcrumbs or egg (optional binder)
1eachmetal or wooden skewers (soaked if wooden)
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, minced garlic, grated onion, parsley, cumin, paprika, black pepper, salt, and optional cayenne. If needed, add breadcrumbs or egg to bind the mixture.
Mix the ingredients gently with your hands until well combined. Be careful not to overmix the meat.
Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape each portion around a skewer, forming long, sausage-like kebabs.
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and oil the grates to prevent sticking.
Place the kebabs on the grill and cook for 4–5 minutes per side, turning gently, until they are fully cooked and charred on the outside. The internal temperature should reach 160°F.
Allow the kebabs to rest for a few minutes before serving.
