Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or chopped
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise (optional)
  • 1 stalk celery, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley or dill, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • to taste Salt and black pepper
  • 1 head butter lettuce or romaine lettuce, leaves separated
  • optional Sliced avocado, cherry tomatoes, or extra herbs for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine Greek yogurt, mayonnaise (if using), Dijon mustard, fresh lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth.
  • Add the shredded chicken, celery, red onion, and fresh herbs to the bowl. Mix everything together until the chicken is well-coated in the dressing.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning with additional salt and pepper if necessary.
  • Scoop the chicken salad into individual lettuce leaves, creating wraps.
  • Top with sliced avocado, cherry tomatoes, or extra herbs if desired. Serve immediately.
