- 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 1/2 cups cold milk
- 1 cup sour cream

- 1/4 cup sliced almonds (optional, for garnish)
- 1/2 cup fresh cherries or additional whipped topping (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk until smooth and thickened.
- Stir in the sour cream until fully combined to create a creamy pudding mixture.
- In a 9x13-inch baking dish, layer half of the angel food cake cubes evenly across the bottom.
- Spoon half of the cherry pie filling over the cake layer and spread it evenly.
- Spread half of the pudding mixture over the cherries using a spatula to smooth it out.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining cake cubes, cherry pie filling, and pudding mixture.
